I've never waited an hour for an appointment than i've made for a week and they didn't even call me before the appointment in 24 hours and when i asked why they said we called and you didn't answer but i got no calls on my phone. worst experience ever, if you have a recurring problem with punctuation than make less appointments or give the doctors the time they need and more dont make me come in 15 min early and stay for an hour after my time

Went 10 mins ahead of my appointment, waited 40 mins with no luck. And when i asked for refund i was told it will take a week. There is no competitive pricing nor services. Definitely wont be here again.

I did the hydrofacial, honestly it could’ve been better she didn’t cover all of my face and didn’t go up to the hair line. Also the reception ladies unfortunately are so bad, they respond in unprofessional way.
I went there two months ago to do facial cleansing. The specialist did it so quick in 10 mins and they charged me 499. So expensive and unsatisfied. When i asked the specialist about a video that i saw on YouTube how to do it, she said facial cleansing is a big lie. Stay away it's scam clinics.
Waited a whole month for my appointment and one day before that they canceled it for me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to my time and waiting.
